Renovation of Former PS #2 – Jersey City, NJ

Coastal Points Construction was hired by a local developer to oversee the conversion of this building from rental apartments to condominiums. Units in this building ranged from 700sf 1-bedrooms, to 3-bedroom duplexes with over 1600 sf of space. Our scope of renovation also included the lobby, gymnasium and hallways.
