Franny’s Brooklyn

Franny’s has been a mainstay of the Prospect Park neighborhood in Brooklyn for over a dozen years and was recently named one of the Top 100 Places in the World to Eat by Newsweek magazine. Coastal Points Construction was chosen as the General Contractor for the fit of the new and improved restaurant. The box was a former one-level Blockbuster video and we converted it in to over 3500 s.f. of fine dining space with a private dining room & wine cellar in the previously unused basement.
