The Montauk House Conversion

Coastal Points Construction acted as the General Contractor for the conversion of this former eyeglass factory into a mixed use building with 18 apartment units and over 3000 sf of commercial space on the ground floor. Conversion consisted of removing the entire back wall of the existing structure to add approximately 20lf to the footprint. We also added a 6th floor for two penthouse apartments.
