Coastal Points Construction was the General Contractor for this interior-fit out project in a new strip center located in Lodi, NJ. This is an example of 7-Eleven’s “high-end” retail box. Work included floor & wall tile, crown moulding, Boston-Retail electrical system, new plumbing & mechanical, equipment installation, cove base, vinyl composition tile, FRP, framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling and coordinating installation of security systems and exterior signage.
